A fun and interactive sangria workshop with tapas.
A class where you’ll learn the secrets of a great sangria.
We’ll begin with a welcome glass of cava, followed by a short introduction — and then we’ll get hands-on. During the class, we’ll prepare three types of sangria: the traditional red wine sangria, white wine sangria, and cava sangria.
We’ll start by preparing the fruit and citrus, then mix the different spirits using our own recipe. After that, we’ll add the wine or cava, and most importantly, we’ll aim to find the perfect balance to create an extraordinary sangria.
So roll up your sleeves — it’s time to get to work!
At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy the sangrias we’ve made, paired with a selection of local tapas to enhance the flavors of each drink.
